Oxton Properties .... is a modest development company committed to improving and restoring properties in the beautiful conservation village of Oxton on the Wirral. .. (where we all live..!!)

Our portfolio encompasses both residential and commercial properties which are all renovated to the highest specification (naturally)

Our latest venture will be the conversion of the local Village Garage which began life as a stable... like in the bible... and... judging by the condition of the stonework and roof is about the same age too..!!

And seriously...

We intend to renovate the barns which were built in 1780 to provide a sympathetic and valuable addition to Oxtons already vibrant commercial life. We would also like to incorporate eco-friendly materials and systems to save the planet... (well we've got to start somewhere..!!)
